From March 31st to April 3rd 2014, Alimentaria will be an international business centre for all food and beverage professionals; a must-attend event featuring innovation, the latest trends and internationalisation. The most influential award-winning chefs will give master classes to a small audience who will be able to taste their creations and experience an interactive session. In the 5 spaces prepared for showcookings, visitors can learn new cooking techniques. Will host tastings, presentations and demonstrations of new techniques and products. At this edition, The Alimentaria Experience will host VINORUM, a tasting space that will showcase 50 ground-breakers: 50 wines that, because of their quality, properties and degree of innovation, have been chosen as the most ground-breaking at present. Visitors will be able to sample the wines selected by a committee of experts and discover the properties that have earned them this distinction.
